- DSI Distributor must have a registered company in the country of distributorship
- DSI Distributor must be at least have 5 years of company activity
- DSI Distributor must have a reputable business relation and network
- DSI Distributor will be able to purchase DSI products under wholesale distributor price range.
- DSI Distributor will have service support by account manager
- DSI Distributor will be able to do his own pricing using DSI Customer Relation Management System
- DSI Distributor will be supported by DSI in-house engineering teams to prepare bid package
- DSI Distributor must make a DSI Showroom in the center of the region allocated

- Step 2: Upon pre-approval a discovery call to be set
- Step 3: A distributor MOU will be sent for review, for a better understanding of the expectations of the parties and set an intent
- Step 4: A meeting will be arranged at Franchisee Office in Franchise Territory
- Step 5: MOU willl be signed and agreed upon
- Step 6: Upon achievement of MOU goals, we will officially award your territory and execute the distributor agreement
